Sarah Palin - The Unknown Ideal

I AM NO FAN OF JOHN McCAIN!

I think anyone who knows me, knows this to be true! I am a pro-small government, anti-interventionist, anti-war, pro-civil liberties, constitutionalist, who sympathies lie directly with the America First Commitee of the late 1930's and early 1940's......and this puts me in direct conflict with the policies of a certain "Internationalist Hawk" like John McCain.

So.......that being said, I LOVE HIS CHOICE OF SARAH PALIN FOR VICE PRESIDENT! Let me elaborate.....

Sarah Palin is the perfect candidate to firmly pull the brakes on, and halt the Obama runaway train!

In a master stroke of unmitigated political savy........the McCain campaign has selected, not just a women, not just a traditional Conservative, not just a popular Governor from Alaska, but instead, has selected in the narrowest sense of the word.... ONE OF US! Now.....not everyone will share the far-right ideology that Sarah Palin subscribes to......and that is not to be expected, but the one thing that people do share with her is the commonality of OUR life stories, the sheer audacity that she is TRULY a Washington outsider, and not someone who just uses the phrase as a political slogan to win populist support, the Middle-American uniqueness of balancing Work and Family in a dizzying display of balance and grace, and most of all.......she is a women of her word, and that my friends, is as rare these days as a Dinosaur rumbling through downtown Manhattan. I could certainly go on and on about the quality and substance of Sarah Palin for ten more paragraphs, but the media has been on overkill about her nomination, and certainly her backstory is now available for all to hear and critique, but I will finish this post with a bit of prophesy about the naysayers of Sarah Palin..........lambast, ignore, ridicule, downplay, insult, malign, her at your own risk, because.....this was the one thing the Obama campaign feared the most, and I predict that after her speech at the RNC on Tuesday night.... this will be the start of the end for the Obama campaign for President in 2008!
